SPOON HEAT BARRIER TAPE
Oil Viscosity decreases when subjected to constant high temperatures during performance driving. The Exhaust Manifold on B-series engines routes beneath the Oil Pan in very close proximity – this can lead to extreme heat transfer from the exhaust manifold. This is evident when you remove an old Oil Pan and inspect the shallow end of the pan where the exhaust manifold is closest – you will see baked on oil residue on the inside of the pan and this is clear evidence of high heat transfer from the exhaust. Spoon Heat Barrier Tape provides a thermal barrier in between the Exhaust Manifold and the Oil Pan. We recommend application of the Heat Barrier Tape to new Spoon Baffled Oil Pans as the fresh clean surface will provide excellent adhesion when the Oil Pan is new – plus installation Is very easy when the Oil Pan is off the engine. The Heat Barrier Tape can be used on other models and components where you would want to prevent heat transfer from various components into the fluid systems etc. For example Master Brake Cylinder (and Lines), Master Clutch Cylinder (and Lines) Brake Lines, S2000 Heat Shield… In fact, the Spoon S2000 Super Taikyu Race Car uses the heat shield over the entire Firewall through to the whole length of the Transmission Tunnel etc.

The newly developed `Motion Control Beam' (MCB) is used for street use, such as turning at cornering, by controlling the rigidity of the front and rear ends of the body that cause the most torsion during running with a damper with a special structure. This product improves comfort and quality.
We focused on “torsion control of the end of the body” that occurs during cornering and “compatibility of comfort and high quality necessary for street use”.
MCB is fastened with a damper equipped with a special friction mechanism at the forefront of the front reinforcement and the rear end of the rear end panel.
By installing a friction damper against the twist on the body side diagonal due to load movement, we succeeded in significantly reducing the torsion of the body while ensuring a certain level of rigidity.

The biggest feature of this "FULL Monoblock Caliper" is its capless design, developed without any compromise in all its structure, performance and durability.
■ Capless Full-Monocoque Body is manufactured with "Angle head processing machine". By adopting this construction method, it became possible to reduce the number of rubber parts, as a result the liquid loss was reduced.
■ The design of a caliper with high rigidity and light weight became possible.
We adopted large diameter dust boots for ultra-thin piston and meet the required specifications even in street or circuit use.
■ Uneven Brake Pad wear was suppressed by optimizing Pad surface pressure by different diameter 6 PISTON design of Φ36 / Φ34 / Φ27.

The biggest weak point of the tenth generation Civic is the weight of the car, especially the weight reduction of the front section not only alleviates the burden of braking but also the quick turning ability and the good handling characteristics indispensable for sports driving are demonstrated.
The characteristics of the successive SPOON carbon bonnet keeps the genuine body shape, the design is simple.
However, the calorific value of the turbo engine adopted from this tenth generation Civic was excessive, and it was necessary to reduce the heat inside the engine room as much as possible.
Therefore, the bonnet for FK7 is not only lightweight, but also has an air outlet inside the hood to finish it in a shape that allows the hot air in the engine room peculiar to the turbo engine to escape.
By providing an air outlet of the engine room, we will maximize the cooling performance of the radiator and intercooler.

Seeker's Super Wide Blue Mirrors are handmade in Japan by the same manufacturer taht supplies to race categories such as Formula Dream, Formula Nippon and SUPER GT.
■ The thickness is about 2 mm and a natural finish with no back-end feeling. While setting the bending angle to a level that does not greatly impair the distance feeling, realized a clear view with few blind spots.
It is easy to do garage parking and lane changes and contribute to safe driving.
■ The mirror is set to a sporty blue, greatly reduces dazzling during night driving by anti-glare processing water-repellent and hydrophilic coating.
■ Featuring the SEEKER logo on the Driver's side and the caution OBJECTS IN MIRROR ARE CLOSER THAN THEY APPEAR on the Passenger side.

Spoon began development of the World's lightest aluminium wheel in partnership with Desmond Corporation in 1994. After 2 years of development to achieve the weight of 3.88KG per 15" Wheel, the original SW 388 was released in 1996. Production ended in 1999 with the closing of the Russion Press Factory.
Due to popular demand from our Customers, Spoon has now developed a revised wheel taking into consideration strength, weight, caliper clearance and modern sizes/specs. Spoon worked from the original drawings and designer of the SW388 from 1994, keeping the style of the original wheels combined with modern manufacturing processes and higher-grade materials to bring you a wheel that is superior.

This reduces the burden of shock absorption through the hub and knuckles. By being pulled outwards, the accuracy of the central axis after installation is increased. Also designed to prevent loosening of the hub-Bolts.

SEEKER x BRIDE FULL BUCKET SEAT [FRP]
