SPOON HEAT BARRIER TAPE

Oil Viscosity decreases when subjected to constant high temperatures during performance driving. The Exhaust Manifold on B-series engines routes beneath the Oil Pan in very close proximity – this can lead to extreme heat transfer from the exhaust manifold. This is evident when you remove an old Oil Pan and inspect the shallow end of the pan where the exhaust manifold is closest – you will see baked on oil residue on the inside of the pan and this is clear evidence of high heat transfer from the exhaust. Spoon Heat Barrier Tape provides a thermal barrier in between the Exhaust Manifold and the Oil Pan. We recommend application of the Heat Barrier Tape to new Spoon Baffled Oil Pans as the fresh clean surface will provide excellent adhesion when the Oil Pan is new – plus installation Is very easy when the Oil Pan is off the engine. The Heat Barrier Tape can be used on other models and components where you would want to prevent heat transfer from various components into the fluid systems etc. For example Master Brake Cylinder (and Lines), Master Clutch Cylinder (and Lines) Brake Lines, S2000 Heat Shield… In fact, the Spoon S2000 Super Taikyu Race Car uses the heat shield over the entire Firewall through to the whole length of the Transmission Tunnel etc.

The Spoon SEP material (Silicone-Modified Heat-Resistant Rubber) is heat-resistant 160 ℃ (Stock Ethylene-Propylene Rubber heat-resistant 120 ℃) is designed to be much stronger and more rigid than standard hoses.

When using Spoon Radiator Cap running higher pressure benefits in a higher boiling point so it is recommended to use the Spoon SEP Radiator Hoses in combination to worh with the rise in pressure from the Radiator Cap - for optimal cooling effect we recommend use with the Spoon Thermstat and Spoon Thermo Switch as a complete cooling system.

DURACON® is a crystalline thermoplastic acetal copolymer. The primary raw material trioxane, a trimer of formaldehyde.
The thermoplastic adopts a copolymer structure in which polyoxymethylene (-C-O) and carbon-carbon (-C-C- bond) comonomer groups are incorporated into its main chain. Therefore the copolymer has superior chemical and thermal stability, compared with acetal homopolymer. Acetal co-polymer is well-balanced in terms of mechanical, chemical and thermal properties, and its superior moldability allows it to be widely employed in various industrial fields.

SEEKER HEAVY SHIFT KNOB 400g [6MT] EP3, DC5, FN2, FD2, AP1, AP2, ZF1

Same shape and size as Honda genuine shift knob - spherical type.

Machined aluminium shift boot collar for use with aftermarket gearknobs on modern Hondas.

For CR-Z · S660 of GE-FIT and GK-FIT and 1 parts of which have taken a system that connects the shift boot and genuine knob, not good appearance when combined with external shift knob. This is especially recommended for the appropriate type of vehicle so you can improve the aesthetics in that you use this shift boot color.
In addition, since we have a standard feature an O-ring on the inside of the boot color, it is easily possible to set the vertical position of the color.
It also prevents abnormal noise which is generated by the vibration of the engine.

And removing the genuine color is easy mounting of only tighten this product with the supplied tie wrap.
